Looking at the torrent nearly all files are there as-in installed game, so you just need the exec to start it. I don't know if easycheat has to be installed or is it sufficient just to be there.
If you have to manually install them then install the easycheat first and then see what starting the launcher does. The other looks like it has the game exec and easycheat installer. If and only if that fails to produce anything, unpack the two zip files into that root directory. Try placing the downloaded files into where the launcher/installer installed itself, then start the launcher and see if it starts doing something.
Hmmm I think the installer is technically a torrent client anyway.
